Booking confirmation

The contract between the client/seminar participant and Andreas Pabst is concluded upon written booking confirmation and/or invoice from Andreas Pabst. Accommodation, evening catering and travel costs are not included in the participation fee.

Disclaimer

Participation in the seminars is each participant's own responsibility. Insurance is the participant's own concern. Andreas Pabst assumes no liability for accidents, property damage, theft, etc. Appropriate insurance coverage is the participant's own responsibility.

Cancellation terms

Your booking of a seminar place can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Cancellation more than 31 days before the start of the seminar is free of charge
• Cancellation between 11 and 31 days before the start of the seminar results in a refund of 50% of the costs.
• Cancellation within 11 days before the start of the seminar is not refunded.
• Cancellation on the day of the seminar is likewise not refunded.

Payment terms

Payment of the full seminar costs is due and payable no later than three weeks (i.e. 21 calendar days) after booking. For short-notice bookings, the seminar costs are payable no later than before the seminar begins. Your booking is, of course, secured upon receipt of payment.

Seminar places and delivery

Under Frequently Asked Questions we've compiled the key points that enable an optimal seminar experience. We also apply a minimum and maximum number of participants. Every in-house seminar has a minimum of one participant and a maximum of twenty participants. We reserve a date for your in-house seminar that is personally coordinated with you and becomes binding in our system upon your payment.

What happens after booking?

You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice as soon as we have received your booking. We coordinate with you on the details of organization and preparation in good time before the seminar.

Confidentiality, copyright and duty of confidentiality

Audio, photo and video recordings by participants during the seminars are not permitted without express permission. Knowledge and information that participants obtain about other participants, in particular, must be kept strictly confidential for the purposes of data and personal privacy protection. Materials handed out during and after seminars may not be reproduced, either in original or modified form, and may not be shared without permission from the seminar leadership.
